Fraction

A fraction is a part of a whole.

A common fraction is  expressed as a guotient, in which the numerator are devided by the denominator. In a simple fraction both are integers. In a proper fraction the numerator is less than the denominator.

Example: 4/7  in this fraction the whole has been divided into seven parts. This fraction represents 4 parts of the 7.
