Time, units of time

Time is the duration during which an event occurs, or is the period between two events.
Time is commonly measured in units of seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, etc.

Units of time

seconds < minutes < days < weeks < months < years

1 minute = 60 seconds

1 hour = 60 minutes

1 hour = 3600 seconds

1 day = 24 hours

1 week = 7 days

1 mounth = 4 weeks

1 year = 12 months

10 years = 1 decade

100 years = 1 century

1000 years = 1 millennium

1 month can have 28, 29, 30 or 31 days depending upon the month.

1 year = 365 days

1 leap year = 366 days

1 year has 52 weeks and one day whereas a leap year has 52 weeks and two days.
